Goodrich Sensor Systems acquired the business assets of Humphrey Inc. on February 21, 2001. The former Humphrey products are now developed, produced, and supported by Goodrich Sensor Systems located in Burnsville, Minnesota. This includes inertial and navigation sensors, rate gyros, directional gyros, magnetometers, and directional survey equipment.

Goodrich Sensor Systems is a leader in producing sensing system solutions for commercial, regional, business, military and space markets. The company also provides sensors and systems for unmanned vehicles and precision guided munitions.
